Gerard Allard grew up on a farm in Western Canada, where he learned the basics of construction, mechanics, and hard work. Those early years shaped his no-nonsense style and integrity.

He carried that mindset into a 25-year career as a police officer in Canada, developing observation skills and negotiation techniques that translate directly into real estate.

Gerard entered real estate in 2012 and has built his business around one principle: clients deserve full information before making a decision. He would rather you walk away than buy with unanswered questions. After falling in love with Puerto Vallarta in 2016, the Banderas Bay, the Sierra Madre mountains, and the lifestyle, he moved here and committed full-time to the local market.
