I am excited to announce that after 7 years as a real estate agent here in Puerto Vallarta that on May 11th, I became an Independent Broker and have started my own real estate brokerage, Gerard Allard PV Realty. I have decided not to have a commercial office to avoid paying high rent and maintenance costs and instead increase my marketing budget thus increasing the exposure of your property should you decide to list your property with me.
My bilingual partner, Ana Rodriguez, will be working with me and she will focus on new developments and our Mexican clients.
The most important aspect is that I am now a broker and member of AMPI real estate which means that I will retain MLS access. The advertising of my services will be strategic and even though all listings will be advertised on the traditional digital and non-digital platforms, we will make use of the real advertising power of the MLS.
All this translates into a basic concept: Our services will have no internal financial pressures so your needs will not be negatively affected.
